Assistance needed for a sweaty bottom

I have had this problem for awhile, my bottom sweats a lot and it shows when it soaks through my pants. i have tried an antiperspirant, but it did not work and i have started wearing a second pair of underwear which helps the visibility part. i have also tried baby powder. thanks for helping.
