Ever since i can remember ive had bad breath. Im 17 now and ever since ive been little ive been allergic to house dust mites and grass pollen. Ive tried antihistamines, nasal sprays etc i even have anti allergy bedding but it hasnt helped - my gp says the only thing left to do is have surgery to widen the nasal passages. But i can live with the allergies, there not that disruptive, its the bad breath that is. I find myself swallowing presumely mucus alot - its quite thin though and i very rarely cough/gag. The back of my tongue is white and no matter how much mouth wash, tongue scraping i do it doesnt clear. Ive also tried dairy free diet for a month hoping it would help but nothing. Can anyone help? All i want to do is cure my bad breath!
