GOD WILL DO ME GOOD
[/align]Scripture: Jeremiah 32:41

“Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul’.

God assures His people of restoration. They were in exile in a foreign land and going through difficulties. In the midst of those circumstances, the Lord showers us with a word of hope and promise.

•I will do them good: That is a promise of God’s intention and determination to reverse the situation that has overtaken His people. It is a promise that God wants to joyfully fulfill. It is a burden or a worry for Him to do us good. He actually enjoys doing good things for us.

Today, He re-emphasizes that promise to you. He wants to do you good. It will be His joy to stand on your behalf and release His favour and blessings over your life.

•I will plant them: God does not just want to do us good occasionally. He desires to plant us in a place of goodness. He promised to plant His people in their own land, in a place that God has designed and set aside for them.

Today, you can lay hold of that promise for yourself. Allow the Lord to plant and establish you so that nothing will move you from the place He has planted you.

•With all My heart and soul: God reveals the intensity of His determination to come to our aid. He desires to bless us with all His being. God loves us with intensity and passion. He wants to bless us more than we want to be blessed. He is more concerned about us than we are about ourselves.

Prayer: Show me Your goodness, O Lord, and establish me in the place of favour. Scriptural Reading: Jeremiah 32:36-44
